The transcript is the closest artifact to raw session output—useful for auditing what was actually said versus summarized in Discussion or Insights.
How it is built
The engine appends moderator and persona turns. Depending on version and storage, you may see cleaned dialogue or raw text; some legacy sessions may lack a transcript entirely.
How to read it
- Search for your brand and competitor names to find verbatim objections.
- If transcript and summary disagree, trust transcript for quotes and summary for structure.
