Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to VeritasLinks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VeritasLinks platform, including the website located at veritaslinks.com and all associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by VeritasLinks ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, including running GEO audits and AI Focus Groups, obtaining reports and VeritasScore, using content generators, purchasing tokens or token plans, or optionally creating a public company profile, using boosts, or a GEO-based landing page, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.

The Platform is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change during and after the beta period.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• If you are registering an account, submitting a company website or other data for a GEO audit or content generation, or creating an optional public company profile, you are an authorized representative of that company with the legal authority to bind the company to these Terms;
• You have the full right, power, and authority to agree to and be bound by these Terms;
• Your use of the Platform will not violate any applicable law, regulation, or agreement to which you are bound.

3. Platform Overview

VeritasLinks is an AI Perception Benchmark & Remediation Platform that provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) audits across multiple LLMs (including Claude, Grok, Perplexity and others), Digital Footprint aggregation, AI Focus Group simulations, VeritasScore benchmarking (standardized 300-870 scale), actionable remediation content generators (Blog Post, Video, Landing Page, FAQ and others), white-label reports, public company discovery pages, marketplace workflows and related AI visibility analysis and improvement services.

The Platform and all content and outputs made available through it are provided for operational and informational purposes only. VeritasLinks does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, compliance, investment, employment or other professional advice.

4. Content Generation Services

4.1 Remediation Generators. The Platform offers paid token-based content generation services (Blog Post, Video, Landing Page, FAQ Module and others) that create targeted remediation content based on gaps identified in GEO audits, Digital Footprint analysis and AI Focus Groups. All generated content is provided "as is" for informational and operational use only and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Generated content may not be edited by the Platform after delivery except through additional paid generations.

4.2 AI Analysis Outputs. VeritasScore, GEO results, AI Focus Group insights, Digital Footprint summaries and all other analysis outputs are generated automatically using publicly available sources, third-party LLMs and internal agent pipelines. Such outputs are provided for informational purposes only, may contain errors, omissions, bias or outdated information, and are not editable by users.

4.3 Publicly Available Information. VeritasLinks may collect, process and analyze publicly available data and third-party sources to power its GEO, Digital Footprint and AI Focus Group services. We do not control such sources and do not warrant that any information or output is accurate, complete, current, unbiased or fit for any particular purpose. We reserve the right to correct, update, regenerate or decline to display any output at any time.

5. Account, Audits, and Optional Public Features

5.1 Account and Core Services. To use the Platform you must register via Google or other social authentication and agree to these Terms. Once registered, you can submit a company website URL or other data to run GEO audits, AI Focus Groups, and VeritasScore calculations; receive reports, statistics, benchmarking, and recommendations; use remediation content generators; and purchase tokens or token plans. Reports may be shared by you with third parties. All core services are token-based as described in Section 6.

5.2 Optional Public Company Profile. As an optional add-on (not the primary function of the Platform), you may create a public company profile, use boosts within your niche to improve visibility in search results, or create a GEO-based landing page that uses audit data to improve your company's position in AI recommendations and present your company's strengths. These features are secondary to the Platform's main offering of private audits, reports, and content generation.

5.3 Representations. By submitting data for an audit or content generation, or by creating or maintaining an optional public profile or landing page, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to submit the content and act on behalf of the company; (b) the information you provide is not false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, unlawful, or otherwise violative of any third-party right; and (c) your use of the Platform and any related communications comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.4 Quality Control. VeritasLinks reserves the right to reject, remove, or limit any submission, account, optional profile, or content that does not meet our standards, contains false or misleading information, violates these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

5.5 Trial and Welcome Tokens. Upon registration, you may receive welcome tokens (e.g., 10 tokens, sufficient for approximately 1 GEO, 1 AFG, 1 VeritasScore, and 2 content generators, or an equivalent set of services under current Platform rules). During a trial period, discounts of up to 25% may apply to token top-ups; after the trial, top-ups are at full price. Trial accounts may be limited to a subset of LLM models (e.g., DeepSeek only) and to a single question-answer iteration per audit, whereas paid plans may include additional models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, DeepSeek) and more iterations (e.g., 5) for more accurate reports and recommendations. Accuracy and completeness of reports and recommendations on trial may be lower than on a paid plan. VeritasLinks may change welcome token amounts, trial discounts, model availability, and analysis depth for trial users at any time, with notice on the Platform or by email.

6. Services and Token-Based Payments

6.1 Available Services. All Platform services are paid on a token basis (1 token = $2 USD). Current services and token costs include (but are not limited to):

• AI Brand Analysis (GEO) – 4 tokens
• AI Focus Groups (AFG) – 4 tokens
• Content Generators (Blog, Video, Landing Page, FAQ, etc.) – 1 token each
• Boost (top position in search results) – 1 token
• Full Audit Reports and white-label reports – variable tokens per report

New services and generators may be added at any time. Tokens never expire.

6.2 Payment and Token Purchase. Payments for token packs are processed through our payment system. By purchasing tokens you agree to the payment provider's terms. Tokens are non-transferable. White-label resale and authorized agency programs are not offered during the beta period and will be introduced after beta under terms to be published.

6.3 Non-Refundable. All token purchases and service fees are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. No refunds, credits or prorated returns for partially used tokens, delivered generations, completed analyses or any performance results.

6.4 No Guarantees. VeritasLinks does not guarantee any specific VeritasScore improvement, ranking position, traffic, leads, revenue, AI perception change, business outcome or any other result from use of any service. Results obtained during a trial (with limited models and fewer iterations) do not reflect the full accuracy or completeness of paid plans. AI outputs and visibility improvements may vary and change at any time.

6.5 Statistics and Reports. After any paid service you may receive automated statistics or reports via email or Platform dashboard.

7. Data Collection and Use

7.1 Publicly Available Data. VeritasLinks may collect and process information made publicly available on the internet, query multiple LLMs, simulate AI Focus Groups and run agent pipelines for purposes of performing GEO audits, Digital Footprint analysis, AI Focus Group simulations, generating VeritasScore, creating remediation content and providing all other Platform services.

7.2 User-Submitted Data. Information you submit to the Platform is used primarily to produce reports, statistics, benchmarking, and recommendations (privately and/or via your sharing of reports). Information may be displayed publicly only if you use optional features such as a public company profile or GEO-based landing page, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.3 Communications. You agree that VeritasLinks may send transactional, operational, service-related, account, security, and promotional communications to the email address associated with your account (and, if applicable, your optional public profile), subject to applicable law. Promotional emails may be opted out of through the unsubscribe mechanism included in the message or by contacting us at info@veritaslinks.com.

8. User Responsibilities

8.1 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, submitting data for an audit or content generation, or maintaining your account or optional company profile. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.

8.2 Prohibited Activities. You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: submitting false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or unlawful information; misusing or misrepresenting reports, recommendations, or benchmarking outputs; attempting to manipulate rankings, optional profile visibility, or traffic; using the Platform for fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, or deceptive practices; scraping, copying, harvesting, crawling, framing, or systematically extracting Platform data without authorization; reverse engineering, probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Platform; interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform; attempting to access areas you are not authorized to access; using bots, scripts, automation, or fraudulent payment methods; impersonating any person or company or misrepresenting affiliation, authority, or identity; and engaging in any activity that could harm the Platform, its users, or third parties.

8.3 Prohibited Content and Use. You are strictly prohibited from using VeritasLinks to generate, request, or create any of the following:

• sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, or NSFW content;
• any material that depicts sexual acts, nudity, erotic themes, or suggestive poses;
• content intended for adult entertainment or sexual gratification.

This prohibition applies to all features, including automated video generation, image creation, and any other visual or textual output. VeritasLinks actively filters and blocks any attempt to generate prohibited content. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 User Content. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (e.g., logos, descriptions, images). By submitting content, you grant VeritasLinks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, adapt, distribute, and otherwise use such content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, promote, protect, and improve the Platform and related services. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate any law or third-party right.

9.2 VeritasLinks Content. All content on the Platform that is not user-submitted, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and reviews, is the property of VeritasLinks or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used in any way without our explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Liability for Data Accuracy. VeritasLinks is not liable for any inaccuracies in bot-collected data, reviews, or other information displayed on the Platform. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee it.

10.2 No Liability for Business Outcomes. VeritasLinks is not liable for any business outcomes, including but not limited to AI perception changes, VeritasScore improvements, ranking positions, traffic, leads, revenue, customer acquisition or any other damages related to the use of the Platform or any service.

10.3 No Liability for Service Interruptions. VeritasLinks is not liable for any interruptions in service, technical issues, or errors on the Platform.

10.4 Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERITASLINKS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM, ANY GEO REPORT, VERITASSCORE, AI FOCUS GROUP OUTPUT, GENERATED CONTENT, SHARED REPORT, BENCHMARKING OR RECOMMENDATION, ANY LISTING, RANKING, BOOSTING SERVICE, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10.5 Liability Cap. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF VERITASLINKS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VERITASLINKS DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

11.1 "As Is" Basis. THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11.2 No Warranties. VERITASLINKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VERITASLINKS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11.3 Informational and Operational Outputs Only. VeritasScore, GEO results, AI Focus Group insights, Digital Footprint summaries, generated content, reports and all other outputs available through the Platform are provided for operational and informational purposes only, are generated through automated AI systems and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, bias or outdated material. VeritasLinks does not warrant that any output is factual, complete, current or suitable for any decision-making purpose.

12. Termination

12.1 Suspension and Termination. VeritasLinks may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to the Platform, any listing, any account, or any paid feature at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, security risk, unlawful conduct, or misuse has occurred or is suspected; (c) continued access may create legal exposure or harm to the Platform, users, or third parties; or (d) such action is otherwise necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

12.2 Removal Requests. You may request deletion of your account, reports, generated content, Digital Footprint data, or optional public profile or landing page by contacting info@veritaslinks.com, subject to verification of your identity and authority and to applicable legal exceptions. VeritasLinks may, but is not obligated to, remove, suppress, or revise content in response to valid requests. We may retain records as reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, archival, evidentiary, and legitimate business purposes.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VeritasLinks, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your content, submissions, reports, generated content, shared reports, audit outputs, benchmarking data, or optional profile; (b) your use or misuse of the Platform; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; or (e) your representations to any third party regarding reports, rankings, boosts, or Platform content. VeritasLinks reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully in the defense of such matter.

14. Changes to Terms

VeritasLinks may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on the Platform, updating the "Last Updated" date, and, where appropriate, providing additional notice such as by email or in-product notice. Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of California for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

15.1 Dispute Resolution; Class Action Waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action. You and VeritasLinks each waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

15.2 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including hosting providers, payment processors, authentication providers, communications providers, analytics providers, and other external services. VeritasLinks is not responsible for the availability, performance, acts, omissions, policies, pricing, or security of any third-party service.

15.3 No Reliance. You are solely responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to rely on any GEO report, VeritasScore, AI Focus Group output, recommendation, ranking, or other content available through the Platform. Your use of the Platform and any reliance on Platform content is at your own risk.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VeritasLinks regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and VeritasLinks.

16.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver. The failure of VeritasLinks to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without VeritasLinks's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. VeritasLinks may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction.
