Investor Review starts only from a pitch deck upload (PDF or Word, typically up to ~20 MB). The product extracts slide text, starts GEO with input_source = pitch_deck, and runs Investor Lens phases in parallel. Website URL mode on the start page runs GEO without this tab.

Entry points

• Marketing — /geo-for-startups (or homepage deck entry) → funnel start-deck → auth → prompts → progress.
• Logged-in — /geo-analysis/start → Pitch deck → Analyze pitch deck.
• Toggle Website URL vs Pitch deck on the start form; only Pitch deck opens Investor Review.

Pipeline phases (what you watch)

1. Extracting deck structure — raw facts from slides (problem, traction, ask, …).
2. Scoring rubric parameters — pass / partial / fail on A–L (and later FOCUS).
3. Verifying market & traction claims — claim checks against deck evidence.
4. Cross-checking website footprint — public site signals vs deck claims where available.
5. Running AI-first-filter checks — category K: does an LLM screen keep your thesis?
6. Computing investor readiness score — weighted rollup; auto-fail may cap at 35.
7. Writing investor memo — meta-review narrative.

GEO tabs can finish first (visibility, competitors, Affect Field) while Investor Review is still scoring—use the progress list on the Investor Review tab, not Overview readiness.

After Focus Group

When you continue the cycle into AI Focus Group, FOCUS parameters (FG1–FG5) merge into this same Investor Review tab as “Focus Group cross-check.” Until then the tab shows a pending notice.

Regenerate

If you see a legacy slide-opinion banner, use Regenerate investor review to re-run Investor Lens (A–L). Status polls on the deck-analysis endpoint for that GEO uuid.

Billing

Deck upload spends one analysis (same cycle as GEO → optional FG → VeritasScore). Investor Review is included with pitch-deck GEO—not a separate credit.
