Who sees which dashboard

Company users usually work from the Company Dashboard (Statistics), where GEO and growth tools for your profile are surfaced. Service requesters use My Dashboard with a token balance and agency-style workflows. Regardless of role, everyone gets access to the same generators and report types on the platform—the differences are context (your company versus brands you manage) and how billing or tokens apply to runs.

  • Company dashboard: GEO and related tools tied to your company profile and visibility.
  • Service requester dashboard: token balance, focus groups, and GEO for client or portfolio brands.

Domain owners (work email on your company domain)

If you sign up with a work email on your organization’s domain, you are recognized as a domain owner for that company. That unlocks extra capabilities on top of the standard product:

  • Analyze other brands (not only your own) from your workspace.
  • Manage your company’s statistics and how your brand appears in the product.
  • Request that your company be excluded from unsolicited analysis where that control is offered.
  • Receive once per calendar year a complimentary full GEO-style report that includes every assistant model available in your plan at the time (annual full multi-model snapshot).

Public company catalog and boosting

When a company record is added to our database, it is included in the public company catalog. The catalog is meant to attract inbound leads: visitors land on a public company page and can submit a service inquiry; your team receives a marketplace notification for each new lead.

As a domain owner, you can boost your company inside the catalog. Imagine tens of thousands of companies across adjacent niches: your firm might appear far down in one niche (for example position 5,672), mid-list in another (234), and lower in a third (1,744). A boost moves your company to the first position in each niche where you boost—until another company in overlapping niches runs a boost and reshuffles the top spots. After that, your listings shift down relative to other boosted companies (for example one place below the latest booster in those niches), and the same rules apply going forward.

Landing page and promo video (domain owners)

Domain owners can generate a marketing landing page for their company. The system produces copy that emphasizes strengths surfaced in your analyses and builds an FAQ section using frequent questions that emerged during AI Focus Group sessions tied to your work.

You can also generate promotional videos in which the system presents your company’s advantages in narrative form. Promo video generation is currently in beta; quality and availability may change.
