In addition to writing for multiple spirits publications, I create custom content for distilleries. While writing my first book, I discovered that food pairs really well with spirits. I now lead food and spirits pairings in person and virtually.I also enjoy ghostwriting, getting into another’s mind and putting their thoughts to paper.
