### What the tab contains

- Investor Readiness (0–100) — weighted rollup of A–L (schema investor_lens_v1).
- Auto-fail — if A1, A2, A6, A10, or A11 fail, readiness can be capped at 35 until fixed.
- Top 3 fixes — highest-leverage deck edits from the rollup.
- Red flags (L*) + Internal contradictions — triggered risks and cross-slide conflicts with slide refs.
- Category weights — avg 0–2 and weight % per letter (C Traction and G Team weigh heaviest).
- Collapsible A–L tables — id, parameter, verdict, score 0–2, reason, evidence slides.
- AI-first-filter (K) — deck thesis vs LLM screen summary vs summary gap.
- Investor memo (meta-review) — narrative diligence write-up.
- FOCUS (FG1–FG5) — after a linked Focus Group, buyer-simulation cross-check on the same tab.
How the review starts

Funnel deck upload

/geo-for-startups → pitch deck PDF/DOCX → parse → auth → GEO + Investor Lens in parallel.

Dashboard Pitch deck mode
